Available in a standard production capacity range, it operates on a low-pressure steam system. To promote its continuous operation, a separate steam generator is available with this cooking plant. Its internal chamber consists of aluminum drip trays needed for the preparation of bulk amounts of idlis within a short period. Its steam generator body is made of food-grade stainless steel. This Idly Cooking Plant is run by an LPG gas source. Long life span is one of its key features.
